1- The field "Is Old Planning" is NOT mandatory
2- If the Owner Type is [GCC Inverstor] or [Non-Resident Investor] then the ID NO. value should be 15 digits
3- If 2 values are selected or more the submit action will be disabled, the 5th option is : Missing Aera [spell mistake]
4- the Help message is:
The Governmental Number can be selected from this combo box. In case the land Governmental number related to your transaction does not exist in the list, please select Other- Please specify, and enter the Governmental number manually.
5- the [Plot Area] field accepts any value by [Copy/Past]
6- The field label is: Plot Comments
7- The field accepts the Arabic Alphabetic and numbers
