No Exception error should be displayed when the user click on approve or delete buttons in view details in (بيانات مستحق المساعده ) table.
Description
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login with researcher.
2. Fill all required fields.
3. click on edit in (بيانات الحاله) and fill required fields.
4. Click on view details.
5. Click on (تأكيد) button and observe the result.
