Old form:
The validation messages on the mandatory fields should be occurred once the user click Submit without filling them

Actual Result:

New form:
the validation messages will be shown ONCE you open the tab; on the Mandatory fields.

Description

1- Create new temp lease transaction
2- Fill the "application details" section and "Leased Land" section
3- Move to the "lease details" tab
