Description

When a non counter user logs in, Error 401 unauthorized user error message appears (video attached)

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the counter environment
2. login with user U021000113
3. Error message appears

and to be able to open an new tab and go to the portal, cookies of the browser must be cleared
