Issue #1:
1. حالة الطلب: should not be exist as it's not informative (Fixed)
بيانات طريقة الاتصال: should be : الرقم او البريد الالكتروني (Fixed)

2. اجراءات الملف tab: should not be exist as mentioned on the SRS
بيانات الصرف tab: needs business confirmation as it's not exist on update file form on the counter screen (Please check with Shadi)

Issue #2:
a.الرقم الألي للعنوان: the error message should be in Arabic (Fixed)
b. القطعة : the vaidation should be informative (i.e: القيمة يجب ان تكون ارقام فقط و تتكون من 3 خانات ) (Fixed)
Note: same issue for the fields: رقم الوحدة, القسيمة, رقم المبنى الالي
c. نوع الوحدة: the value should not be digits !(Fixed)
d. المالك: should accept the double punctuation for the compound names (الاسماء المركبة)(Fixed)

Issue #3:
the income field value should be updated successfully and the dialog box should be closed (Fixed)

Issue #4:
a. بيانات طريقة الاتصال: should be viewed once the dialog is opened (Fixed)
b. dialog box layout should be normal (Check with the designer)
c. empty records should not be added, and the empty fields should be validated as mandatory! (Fixed)

Issue #5:
the invalid attachments types should be validated and denied (Please check with Shadi)

Issue #6:
A. the success message should be :
لقد تم تقديم طل تحديث الملف رقم 578 بنجاح (Fixed)
B. once print is clicked then pdf file will be opened with the task info (Once related report is ready , it will be added to screen)

Actual Result:

Issue #1:
1. حالة الطلب: it's exist as on evidence 1.gif
بيانات طريقة الاتصال: Observe the same field on the counter screen as on evidence 2.gif

2. اجراءات الملف tab: it's exist although it's not the applicant role
بيانات الصرف tab: see the difference on evidence 3.gif

Issue #3:
a. الرقم الألي للعنوان: the error message is english. evidence 4.gif
b. القطعة : the validation message is not informative as on evidence 5.gif
Note: same issue for the fields: رقم الوحدة, القسيمة, رقم المبنى الالي
c. نوع الوحدة: the value is digits and not informative! evidence 6.gif
d. المالك: does not accept the double punctuation for the compound names (الاسماء المركبة) evidence 7.gif

Issue #3:
the income field value will be updated but an exception will be occurred as on the video:

a. بيانات طريقة الاتصال: is viewed once the contact field value is entered ! evidence 8.gif
b. dialog box layout is corrupted as on evidence 8.gif
c. empty records are added, and the empty fields are not validated as mandatory! 9.gif

the invalid types will be accepted normally as on evidence 10.gif

Issue #6:
A. the success message has not informative part as on evidence 11.gif
B. once print is clicked then nothing happen

1. Open the Profile Centric screen
2. select Update file
3. Observe the following fields:
حالة الطلب
بيانات طريقة الاتصال
4. Observe the following tabs
اجراءات الملف tab
بيانات الصرف tab

Issue #2:
1. Open the Profile Centric screen
2. select Update file
3. navigate to :بيانات العنوان tab
4. set wrong values(2 digit only) on the fields:
الرقم الألي للعنوان
القطعة , رقم الوحدة, القسيمة, رقم المبنى الالي
نوع الوحدة
المالك

Issue #3:
1. Open the Profile Centric screen
2. select Update file
3. navigate to tab (بيانات الحالة) and click update action from (بيانات مستحقي المساعدة) section
4. update the income field value and click OK

Issue #4:
1. Open the Profile Centric screen
2. select Update file
3. navigate to tab (بيانات الاتصال) and click add
4. Observe the field: بيانات طريقة الاتصال
5. Observe the dialog box layout
6. add empty record

Issue #5:
1. Open the Profile Centric screen
2. select Update file
3. navigate to attachments tab and attach invalid type (GIF file)

Issue #6:
1. Open the Profile Centric screen
2. select Update file
3. fill all the mandatory fields then click submit
4. Observe the success message
5. click Print

Issue #1:
1. حالة الطلب: replaced by حالة الملف as on evidence 12.gif
بيانات طريقة الاتصال: tested and verified.

2. اجراءات الملف tab: verified.
بيانات الصرف tab: still duplicated !

Issue #2:
الرقم الألي للعنوان: tested and verified.
القطعة , رقم الوحدة, القسيمة, رقم المبنى الالي: : tested and verified.
نوع الوحدة: still duplicating, it should be dropdownlist and the options are the units name ! also the label is : الوحدة
المالك: still duplicating

Issue #3:

but an empty record will be added normally without any info or error message !evidence 13.gif
also new column will be shown as on evidence 14.gif

1. حالة الطلب: replaced by حالة الملف as on evidence 12.gif (Fixed)

2.بيانات الصرف tab: still duplicated ! (Please clarify , if you mean the icons , please check with the designer )

Once the selected income details is changed to 0, then it will not be accepted and an error will be occurred as on evidence 19.gif

Issue #7:
if the case is NOT (ربات بيوت) or (كويتيات متزوجات غير كويتي) then the husband's details should be hidden!

if the income is updated to higher value then the (بيانات المساعدة) should be updated, hence same behavior if one or more of the family members was removed

3. Open the Profile Centric & search for the completed task (i.e: #756)
4. observe the (الاجراء الحالي) & (حالة الطلب) fields value
Result: (الاجراء الحالي) value Null & (حالة الطلب) value should be: تم التقديم, Observe 22.gif

Issue #10:
In case of (ربات بيوت) then the (جنسية الزوج) should be (كويت) only ! Observe 23.gif
