there should be a validation to force the From date to be prior to End date
Description
steps to duplicate:
1- go to page مراقبة سعر سلعة خلال فترة زمنية محددة
2- fill the fields as follows
اسم الجمعية : جمعية فهد الاحمد
من تاريخ : 28/06/2019
الى تاريخ : 26/06/2019
3- change the search method to be بحث بواسطة الاقسام
> the system should validate that the From date is after than the Last date
4- search for an item that has data entry in 26-06 but not in 28-06
> the value is returned but clicking the number of Price change does not do anything
